Reward Points
Five Star Home Delivery's reward points expire every year on December 31. Customers will have until 11:59pm on December 31 to use any rewards point on their account. Please note that if for any reason your account is terminated reward points are deemed unusable.
Alcohol Delivery
Five Star Home Delivery is commited to responsible alcohol deliveries for the safety of our drivers. If our drivers is unsure of any customer's apparent age ID will be required for verification. If ID is required by the driver please note that a photograph of your ID will be taken and uploaded to your account for future order verifications. If this picture is not taken you may be required to verify your purchases everytime you order.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Five Star Home Delivery, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors and suppliers (collectively the "Service Providers") from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from any violation of these terms and conditions or any activity related to your account (including negligent or wrongful conduct) by you or any other person accessing the site using your Internet account.
